PhoneCallFor.me is a user-initiated, user-controlled accessibility tool that places outbound phone calls on your behalf using an AI voice assistant. You decide who to call, what to say, and when to end the call. The service does not initiate calls autonomously, does not batch-dial, and does not clone any person's voice. Every call is a single, one-to-one conversation started by you.
You may use PhoneCallFor.me to call businesses, service providers, or individuals for lawful personal purposes on your own behalf — such as scheduling appointments, making inquiries, canceling subscriptions, or resolving account issues. You must have an existing reason to contact the party you are calling.
You may not use PhoneCallFor.me for:
Every call begins with a mandatory disclosure: the AI assistant identifies itself as an AI calling on your behalf, and informs the other party that the call may be recorded for transcript purposes. This disclosure is hardcoded and cannot be removed or skipped by the user.
Calls are transcribed in real time. By placing a call, you confirm that you have the legal right to make the call. In US states requiring two-party consent for recording (including California, Florida, Illinois, Washington, and others), the mandatory disclosure at the start of the call serves as notice to the called party. If the called party continues the conversation after the disclosure, that constitutes consent under applicable law. You are responsible for understanding the recording laws in your jurisdiction.
Under the TCPA, you — the user — are the caller. PhoneCallFor.me is infrastructure acting on your instruction, similar to a telephone service provider. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with the TCPA and all applicable federal and state telecommunications laws. By placing a call, you represent that:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FireEdge LLC, its officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to claims under the TCPA, state wiretapping laws, harassment statutes, or any other legal action resulting from calls you initiate.
PhoneCallFor.me is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about call quality, accuracy, or outcome. You use it at your own risk.
